Why did we start? Simply because action needed to be taken. Our sister rescues cannot do it alone. We are establishing a safe place for people to seek help. Our main mission is to rehabilitate the souls other turn from. To bring the light and life back from the dark. Our mission is to reteach love and trust. All humans are not bad or incapable of loving these castaways. We want to encourage others THEY TOO are capable of being a voice, being a hero, even to just one life. By saving ONE life it in turn will bring more life to the human, and a new best friend. We believe hand in hand, human and paws, we can and will make the world just a little bit better.

In doing so, my team has finally come together. Though we strive daily to find new team members.

Loren Davis, Anna Roberts, and Jordana Baxley all have sacrificed hours of their time to create this space for our local castaways. Planning adoption events, making veterinary runs, and just being a helping hand. Together we are determined to grow this rescue into something our community will be proud of and can utilize regularly.

We also have to thank Goose, our first rescue. Goose illuminated the path toward compassion, reminding us that even the smallest heroes can spark a movement of immense kindness and transformation. In loving memory of Goose, his legacy lives on in the sanctuary he helped create, a testament to the profound impact of his noble spirit.
